Wherever possible, we encourage The Langlee by Mirvac residents and visitors to use sustainable transport options such as walking, cycling, and public transport. By promoting better management of car use, The Langlee by Mirvac aims to minimise carbon emissions and support a greener lifestyle.

  

The Langlee By Mirvac is well serviced by buses, connecting the development to Sydney’s CBD and renowned beaches of Bronte, Tamarama and Bondi. Catch the 380 and 381 bus routes located 600m walking distance north of the site, which operate along Bondi Road, stopping in Bronte (9 minutes), Tamarama (11 minutes) and Bondi (14 minutes).The 360 bus route on Birrell Streetis in service every 12 minutes, 7 days per week, between Clovelly and Bondi Junction Railway Station and bus interchange. Taking the bus from this interchange will direct you to Sydney’s CBD (35 minutes).

 

If you prefer walking, Bondi Beach is a 25 minute walk downhill. For those interested in a scenic route, perhaps a walking trail from Bronte that passes through Tamarama followed by Bondi. For the cycling enthusiasts, there are numerous bicycle routes nearby, connecting to the Sydney CBD (23 minutes), Bondi Beach (8 minutes), Bronte Beach (4 minutes), and Centennial Park (12 minutes).

 

While there are no ferries that run directly to Waverley, the F9 Ferry route runs between Circular Quay and Rose Bay Wharf every 20 minutes. The ferry ride is approximately 13 minutes to Rose Bay Wharf, which has connecting bus services to Edgecliff and Bondi Junction.
